//Inkscape est un logiciel libre de dessin vectoriel sous licence GNU/GPL. Il a pour but de devenir un puissant outil d’édition graphique tout en étant entièrement conforme avec les standards XML, SVG et CSS du W3C.
Il s’agit d’un logiciel multiplate-forme, disponible notamment sous Windows, Mac OS X (sous X11), GNU/Linux et FreeBSD.

Ce logiciel est particulièrement utilisé au fablab avec la découpeuse laser et les découpeuses vinyle.

Et si vous avez l'habitude de faire vos dessins sur Autocad, il vous suffit d'exporter en .dxf pour pouvoir l'ouvrir sous Inkscape et enregistrer en .svg
Je n'ai pas constaté de changement d'échelle.

Cette extension semble disponible nativement dans inkscape dans "Extensions" > "rendu" > "Texte Hershey" 

Elle permet de taper une ligne de texte constitué d'une police à un seul trait.
